After many years of experience as a real estate broker, Mrs. Ingeborg Jansa and her daughter Nicole founded the company Jansa Immobilien in November 2009 and opened their own real estate agency in Villach.
With the support of her daughter and now her successor Nadine Kerschbaumer, Mrs. Jansa made it her goal to score points on the real estate market through sincerity and seriousness.
In order to counter negative opinions about the real estate industry and to stand out from the big competition, the Jansa Immobilien team strives every day to provide their customers with competent, correct and discreet advice.

We mainly broker private real estate with a focus on buying and selling real estate in southern Carinthia. Personal contact with the customer and the associated needs assessment are the top prio.
